Business Analyst

A business analyst is a person who improves business conditions as well as the provision of goods and services through the analysis of data related to businesses.
The role of the analyst is a completely flexible and different role for each business. But in general, the analyst’s effort is aimed at overlapping the performance of business team members and internal organizational goals.

The analyzer achieves a series of results through the analyzes it performs, which are:

Predict risky situations and evaluating them
Business process analysis
Create a clear structure for the business
Preparation of documents needed to evaluate the business process.

The Main Responsibility of the Business Analyst

An analyst tries to understand the changes that take place in the field of technology, goods and services, what negative and positive feedback is received and how it can increase the added value of the products by establishing proper and continuous communication with the business managers and its audience. Also, by carefully examining the relevant cases, it establishes the necessary balance between the use of technology and facilities that are technically feasible and financially reasonable.
Earlier we stated that the performance of a business analyst is flexible and variable. In fact, each analyst deals with it according to the organization for which he/she plays an analytical role. As a result of these different analyses, it is possible for a doctor to write different prescriptions for each collection. For example, for some, to seek change through technology change, and for others, to focus on satisfying the customer as much as possible. In general, the work process of any analyst in any situation is divided into 5 parts:

1. Start Stage

At the initial stage, the responsibility of the business analyst will include the following:

a. Analysis of incurred costs and existing costs and forecasting future project costs.
b. Considering the potential business case for project implementation.
c. Ensuring the correct implementation of feasibility operations.
d. Determining the effectiveness of the people involved in the business.

2. Planning

At this stage, the analyst will be responsible for the following tasks in order to collect the project implementation and management requirements:

a. Analyzing, organizing and documenting project specifications.
b. Presenting and evaluating project development solutions and improving relations with stakeholders.
c. Participation in project management.
d. Providing solutions for existing or potential problems.

3. Performance

The implementation stage is actually formed in the heart of the solution presentation stage for the development of the project. At this stage, the analyzer performs the following activities

a. Explain the requirements to the technology team.
b. Testing beta data.
c. Deciding on the implementation scope of the project.
d. Ensuring that stakeholders’ expectations are met.
e. Resolve potential conflicts between team members.

4. Control and Monitoring

The implementation of the control and monitoring phase is done in order to ensure the correct and smooth implementation of the project. In this regard, the following tasks are applicable:

a. User acceptance testing.
b. Preparing a report based on the results of the test.
c. Delete, change or add necessary items.

5. To Close

The closing stage of the project takes place after its completion. At this stage, the analyst performs the following tasks:

a. Presenting the completed project to customers and business stakeholders.
b. Preparation of training manual.
c. Documenting the final product for use in future projects.
